Koh Chang, the second-largest island in Thailand after Phuket, is renowned for its stunning beaches and diverse nature. One of these gems is Klong Prao Beach, a clean white sandy beach stretching along the coastline adjacent to Kai Bae Beach and Laem Chaiyachet. The beach area is dotted with resorts, accommodations, restaurants, and shops, providing tourists with all the conveniences they need. It has become a significant relaxation destination on Koh Chang that chill-seekers shouldn't miss.

One of the highlights of Klong Prao Beach that cannot go unmentioned is the row of coconut trees lining the shore, creating a shady and incredibly tropical atmosphere. This is the origin of the name "Klong Prao Beach." Additionally, the beach slopes gently towards the sea, making it perfect for swimming and sunbathing. When you look back from the beach, you'll see the lush green mountains in the background, indicating the fertility of this island.

What's significant is that in the middle of Klong Prao Beach, there is a canal called Klong Prao, which originates from the waterfall source of Klong Phu and flows into the canal before reaching the sea. Along the canal's edge, there are houses and buildings. Looking out, you'll see a beautiful landscape of the waterway and the mountains, equally breathtaking as the beach view. Furthermore, if you continue walking from Klong Prao Beach towards Laem Chaiyachet, you'll encounter rocky promontories where sea breezes gently blow in, offering picturesque photo opportunities.
